Originally from the Bronx NY, Charise Jones-Wheeler came to Philly right after college in East Stroudsburg PA. Her background is in advocating for the aging citizens of the city. But when she purchased her first investment property in Kensington, she got hooked on real estate.
Today, Charise uses her caretaker’s heart and people skills to expertly guide her clients through the process of buying or selling their homes. She considers herself a part of some of the happiest moments and memories in her home-buyers’ lives. An added bonus? Charise loves to explain the details, keeping her clients fully appraised of all the important property particulars.
Charise lives with her husband, young son, and young daughter in a historic house in Old Germantown. In her time off, she can be found scouting out other historic gems in the city’s most eclectic neighborhoods, or trying new foods in all over the city. Overall, she loves real estate, new and old, and she strives for excellence in all that she does.
