Joshua is passionate about real estate because it allows him to help others by providing transparency, honesty, and compassion for all clients, their families, and their life circumstances. With a background in healthcare administration, he brings a strong sense of integrity and a client-first approach to every transaction. Joshua is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs, whether they’re buying or selling a home, and offers support that is thoughtful and tailored to their individual situations.
A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Joshua grew up in West Oak Lane and now lives in Northern Liberties. He attended Pennypacker Elementary, Leeds Junior High, and graduated from Central High (Class 229). Joshua holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy from New York University and earned his MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
Outside of real estate, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, Joan (a talented painter), and their five-year-old grandson at their mountain home in Eagles Mere, PA. The family enjoys activities like hiking, swimming, and gardening. Joshua and Joan are also active in the Philadelphia arts scene, regularly attending theater performances and art venues in the region.
In addition to his professional background, Joshua is a black belt in Shotokan Karate and an avid touring/commuting motorcyclist, having ridden across the country, toured New Zealand, and traveled extensively throughout the Adirondacks. His diverse life experiences allow him to connect with clients on a personal level, ensuring he can offer tailored services that best meet their goals and dreams.
