Polly has been living and working in the Greater Philadelphia area for the past 10 years. She is thrilled to join the EWR team and eager to learn from her new colleagues. Raised in a real estate family, Polly has cultivated her love of the industry over the past 15+ years while also dabbling in the arts and nonprofit world. When not working with renters and homeowners you can find Polly running a design thinking entrepreneurial program with Tribe 12 or managing her theater company, the Philadelphia Women’s Theatre Festival.
Originally from Memphis, TN, Polly moved to Philadelphia in 2010 for an adventure. She currently lives in East Falls (after recently moving back to the same street she lived on when she first moved to Philly). Polly is very active in the community and is deeply involved as a volunteer with Thomas Mifflin School. She currently resides with her husband Arik and two tuxedo cats, Oreo and Sharky.
