Born and raised in Pennsylvania, my journey began with a four year apprenticeship as a cabinet maker and furniture restoration craftsman. I’ve spent over 30 years honing my craft as a carpenter with a wide array of tasks from repairing load bearing walls, replacing fire damaged floor joists, framing out walls, installing french drains, new kitchens and baths, installation of energy efficient windows and doors to refinishing hundreds of hardwood floors. My work has seamlessly transitioned between projects in diverse settings, from sleek center city high rises to the rustic charm of cobblestone streets and the industrial lofts that dot Philadelphia’s landscape. Not content with just servicing homes, I ventured into property investment, overseeing the full renovation of my own three-story apartment building in the Ludlow section of Philadelphia in collaboration with Philadelphia’s licensing and inspection department.
Now, with gratitude and a memorable fulfilling journey in carpentry, I’m embarking on a new chapter in real estate with Elfant Wissahickon Realtors.
I’m eager to leverage my decades of experience to help others find their perfect property with integrity, dedication, and a genuine love for the homes that make Philadelphia and its suburbs so special.
My wife and three adult children have been my steadfast foundation throughout, and together we’ve called Elkins Park our home for over 25 years.
