Neil has consistently been a top performing agent and Five Star Professional Award winner as reported in Philadelphia Magazine. Beginning in 1984, Neil has been involved in thousands of settlements, including the rehabilitation of well over 100 properties. His wide range of experience includes representing Fannie Mae, Citicorp and other foreclosing lenders; teaching courses in acquiring/renovating distressed property at the Mt Airy Learning Tree; former board member of the National Shared Housing Resource Center; holding various Real Estate designations; as well as mentoring other Realtors.
