Over 160 licensees including six Broker-Owners; over half of our agents achieve professional designations through advanced education. The average years of experience of our REALTORS is 11, compared to the national average of 8.

Five Locations: Chestnut Hill, Rittenhouse Square, Flourtown, Fishtown, and Spring Arts.

Elfant Wissahickon REALTORS have represented over 15,000 Buyers and Sellers since 1993 in the Delaware Valley. Each year we sell more houses than any independent brokerage in Philadelphia.

We offer expert real estate services in residential sales and rentals, resale and new-construction, commercial sales and rentals, investment sales. Our agents live throughout the Northwest and Center City Philadelphia and the neighboring suburban communities. We donate our time and money in the neighborhoods we serve.
