With a strong commitment towards empowering her clients, Jessica entered the field of real estate. After moving to Philadelphia in 1998 from Columbia, South Carolina, she toiled in the restaurant industry while attending the Community College of Philadelphia. Jessica, an avid bicycling enthusiast, turned her hobby into a career while working at Fuji Bicycles as an Account Executive. Jessica continues to be very active in the bicycling community, working to advance the principles of bicycle safety and environmental sustainability.
Jessica’s first experience with the real estate business came by observing her Grandmother, one of the top real estate agents in Columbia, South Carolina. This sparked her interest in real estate as a teen, and she continues to value lessons learned from that initial exposure. Interested in architecture, Jessica spends much of her free time roaming the streets of Philadelphia, which she describes as an “architectural National Park”.
Jessica is known for her integrity and dedication, her ability to maintain lasting interpersonal relationships, and her dedication to getting the best deal possible for her clients. She is intimately familiar with various Philadelphia city and suburban neighborhoods. She is a staunch advocate, committed to customer service and professional representation.
Jessica currently lives in East Mt. Airy, in a home she purchased (through Elfant Wissahickon) with her husband just over a year ago.
She is a proud member of the Neil Kugelman Team.
