Rachel attended Abington High School and went on to Graduate from Villanova University with a degree in Media and Film Communication. After pursuing a career in Advertising in New York, an interest in investing in real estate drew her back to Philly, and back into the restaurant business so she could finance her dream. Once she earned her real estate license, bought her first duplex, and helped a few friends buy homes, she was hooked!
As a licensed REALTOR since 2005, she has been helping clients build wealth through buying and selling homes and investment properties. Her achievements in the industry have been recognized through receiving the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award each year from 2012-2023, as well as being named Elfant Wissahickon’s 2018-2022 Top Individual Producer in both sales volume and number of transactions. Rachel was also profiled over the last 3 years as one of the Greater Philadelphia area’s premier real estate agents in Philadelphia Magazine’s Top Real Estate Producers list.
Rachel is well versed in the richly diverse, dynamic, and evolving nature of the neighborhoods in Philadelphia. After almost 15 years in Center City and South Philadelphia, she now resides in Mount Airy with her family. She has spent years on a variety of civic and friends of parks groups in the neighborhoods in which she lived. She has also spent time as a Tree Tender and is proud to have led volunteers in planting over 150 trees on residential blocks in South Philadelphia. She is active on a variety of boards and associations at her children’s schools, loves to read, spend time with her family, and take long walks with her dog.
Rachel has appeared on HGTV’S House Hunters and FYI’s Tiny House Hunting, which she enjoyed but has determined that she loves her job much more than being on television.
“What I love about selling real estate is the opportunity to meet and work with such a wide array of amazing people, and help them build wealth and happiness through their acquisitions and sales. My strength is my absolute, uncompromising goal of putting the client’s best interest above everything else.”
