Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Rosie Dillon moved to the Philadelphia area in 2006 to attend Haverford College, and never looked back. After earning her BA, she went to work for Philadelphia homelessness non-profit Project HOME. After sharing in many victories and wearing many hats with the organization, Rosie’s love of food, wine, and people drew her to the hospitality industry. She managed busy Center City restaurants for three years. In addition to making her pretty much unflappable, restaurant management made Rosie a great educator and coach. The skills she used to demystify the sometimes opaque world of wine are the same ones she now uses to educate and empower real estate clients.
Over the years, Rosie has called West Philly, Fairmount, East Kensington, and Point Breeze home. Rosie and her husband Avi, a reporter for WHYY, along with PAWS cat CJ, decided to settle in the Passyunk Square neighborhood of South Philly. After all the boxes were unpacked, Rosie realized that she wasn’t done looking for homes. She got her PA real estate license and joined Elfant Wissahickon.
Rosie’s clients can rest assured that she will bring a really good bottle of wine to the closing table.
