Martha brings to Real Estate her talents honed from her business experiences helping her clients do anything from down-sizing and relocating to personal concierge tasks and projects. She joined Jan her husband in his RE business several years ago and she loves this wonderful outlet for her love of people in Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. She lives and plays where she works, and she and Jan take pride in helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Jan and Martha are associated with the D’Alessandro/Manzi Team. Working with a team allows them to share a wealth of understanding the market and exposures to many different housing scenarios.
Jan and Martha have two sets of eyes on all the processes involved with buying or selling real estate for our clients and together we have over 25 years’ experience as agents in both commercial and residential sales. Martha has hiked, canoed, and rode horses throughout the tri-state area and the trees, birds and running water makes her smile and be happy. She loves digging in the dirt and having friends and family over in her backyard for fun and food.
