Although I’ve always had an affinity for home design and architecture, my love of real estate came when I purchased my first home with Jeanne in 2007. I wanted to learn everything there was to know about the transaction, including details on laws and each line of the contract. When I’m passionate about something, I’m all in. I turned my passion for real estate into becoming the first official Philly Home Girl team member in 2010.
As an agent, I’m thrilled to help people overcome their fears about home ownership. Educating young people and empowering them to own a home is not only energizing but something I think is important. Living in Philadelphia my entire life, I’ve been able to experience the city from many vantage points. I grew up in Strawberry Mansion, received my undergraduate degree at Temple University, and have lived in Olney, Fairmount, and the North East. I’ve also worked for various departments within the City of Philadelphia, currently at the Department of Recreation in the neighborhood where I grew up.
Walking along Kelly Drive, being outside and seeing all the people enjoying our city, is one of my favorite things to do. Breakfast is another one of my many passions, so you can often find me at Sabrina’s, Green Eggs Café, or one of the many independent coffee shops in Philly. I love meeting new residents to Philadelphia, learning about their hometowns and their favorite spots back home. I have a goal of traveling with my husband Marcus and two kids to every state in the country, exploring the many local cultures our country has. We may even take our dog, a Shih Tzu Yorkie mix (Shorkie), aptly named Coco Channel. Florida is already checked off my list as my favorite place to vacation is Disney. (I’m pretty sure I enjoy it more than my kids.)
You may recognize me from TV commercials for the Pennsylvania State Lottery. I hold a Masters in Theater from Rowan University and have appeared in various plays and television spots.
