Crisp, fresh air.


What’s your favorite spot/neighborhood in the city?

We are so fortunate to live here! I’ve walked the Wissahickon and all it’s trails over the years. Nothing beats having this large exquisite tract of quiet nature in our backyard and its colonial past.


What’s your favorite part of Philadelphia’s rich history?

Not only do we have outstanding examples of Italianate, American Colonial, Second Empire, Queen Anne, American Craftsman, Dutch Colonial, Georgian, Gothic Revival, and Tudor Revival houses here, we have an important part in American history here! I’ve given tours to family & visitors of Colonial/Historic Germantown, from its designated buildings to the unknown ones I’ve become privy to all these years.


Beach Vacation, Mountain, or City Trip?

Beach.


What moved you to become a realtor?

1/ I wanted a field of expertise,
2/ I wanted to help people &
3/ I love the old architecture/history of Germantown.


What are you most excited about being a realtor?

The relationships that have so enriched my life.
