Christine "Chrissi" Gaddie is a fourth-generation real estate professional proudly serving the Philadelphia region, continuing a family legacy that began in 1911 with Gaddie Real Estate. Born and raised in Mt. Airy, Christine brings a deep-rooted knowledge of the local market along with a lifelong passion for helping clients find and create home.

With over a decade of experience as a licensed Realtor, Christine has successfully guided hundreds of transactions and developed a reputation for her strategic, client-focused approach. She is a member of the Nealy-Farmbry Group under Associate Broker Tamika Nealy Farmbry, where she combines market expertise with strong negotiation skills and a consultative style that empowers clients to make confident decisions.

Christine’s background also includes extensive property management and leasing leadership, where she oversaw large residential portfolios, maintained high occupancy rates, and built lasting relationships with tenants and owners alike. Her experience managing complex real estate operations gives her clients a distinct advantage, whether buying, selling, or investing.

In addition to her real estate career, Christine has demonstrated strong performance in consultative sales and client relationship management, consistently exceeding goals and delivering exceptional service across diverse client bases.

She is an alumna of the Philadelphia High School for Girls and Temple University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts. Christine is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and Jack and Jill of America, Philadelphia Chapter, reflecting her commitment to leadership, service, and community engagement.

Today, Christine resides in Germantown with her daughter and enjoys home décor, gardening, and traveling—passions that naturally complement her love for making homes beautiful and functional.
