About Chrissy Erickson

Born into a family of Philadelphia builders, Chrissy was naturally drawn into the world of real estate.  Whether buying or selling, her expertise lies in helping clients accomplish their real estate endeavors, while making the process as smooth (and as fun!) as possible. With a degree in Communications and Theater from Temple University, she brings a well-rounded approach to each unique transaction, as well as creative solutions to any obstacle that may arise. Her expertise and clear communication style serves to guide her clients to feel fully informed and confident with their decisions each step of the way. 

 

As a member of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Mount Airy, she is committed to social justice and building an equitable society that uplifts marginalized communities. This fuels her dedication to help pave clear paths toward home ownership regardless of income level. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to build generational wealth through property ownership, and that they have the ability to do so, as long as they have a goal and a plan. Creating that plan with her clients brings her great satisfaction as she can assure it will lead to achieving their goals.

 

Residing in the Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia with her husband (and business partner) and their 3 daughters, she loves to share the knowledge she has gleaned regarding all the wonders Northwest Philadelphia has to offer. In her scant free time she works on home renovations, dabbles in herbal remedies, and enjoys hiking the Wissahickon Valley.
