About Denise Chapline

Denise Chapline is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Community Development.

Denise began her real estate career in 1973 with Twin Realty of Germantown. She spent the next 25 years working in the fields of community development, affordable housing, fundraising, and property management. This diverse work background has provided Denise with the right combination of skills to counsel first-time homebuyers and to help older homeowners make timely downsizing decisions. She is experienced in guiding both groups through the maze of financing and life-changing decisions required to buy and sell a home, whether it be their first or their last.

Denise & her husband, Phil, have raised two daughters, both of whom work and live in Philadelphia.
