Meet Hilarie
REALTOR®A native of Germantown, Hilarie spent most of her childhood living in and around Northwest Philadelphia and Montgomery County. Weekends were often spent going to open houses as her parents looked for the next fixer-upper for their family. It should probably come as no surprise that a career in real estate was on the horizon.
For more than 10 years, Hilarie has been helping clients find their “home” whether that be a historic townhouse, a quaint twin with a small yard, a condominium or, new construction that is customized to meet their specific needs. She tailors each experience to ensure that client goals are met and of course, strives to make this a fun and exciting experience!
For the past 20+ years, Hilarie has been a Center City resident. She currently resides in Logan Square with her fiancé, three pups, and more houseplants than she can count. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy Academy, holds a BA from St Joseph’s University, and an MA from Rosemont College.
