About Isabel Caruso

Real estate is a people business and Isabel enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with her clients, becoming a trusted resource for years to come. Isabel works with both Sellers and Buyers and specializes in relocation. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, where she focuses on Philadelphia; and in Florida, where her areas of expertise include the Tampa Bay area.

 

Isabel began her real estate career in 2003, in her hometown of Philadelphia. In 2005, she relocated to St. Petersburg and earned her Real Estate Broker’s license. In 2006, she joined Smith and Associates and began building her business in Tampa Bay. In 2022, Isabel returned to Philadelphia and got her Broker’s license, working as an Associate Broker at Elfant Wissahickon Realtors®.

 

Isabel is passionate about giving back to the community and has been the recipient of the “Good Neighbor Award” given by the Pinellas REALTORS® Organization, and the Mary Smith Conover Award by Smith and Associates Real Estate in recognition for outstanding client and community service. She also volunteers with Hospice programs, providing support to patients and their families. Her education and past professional experience mirror her love of working with people to achieve their personal goals. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
