I am thrilled to be a part of the Elfant Wissahickon Realtors® family, where I discovered my passion for real estate after successfully selling my own home. With the motto “Knowledge is Power,” I firmly believe that educating my buyers and sellers leads to a better experience.

 

Having recently downsized from a home of 22 years, I understand the process of preparing a home for sale and the search for the perfect new lifestyle. Specializing as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.

 

As a proud resident of the Philadelphia region, I take great joy in helping my clients find the perfect place that suits their needs. Beyond real estate, I also engage in public speaking, training, and coaching. I offer “improv for fun” classes to adults, promoting stress reduction and rediscovering the joy of having fun.

 

My passion lies in assisting people through new or challenging situations, whether it’s navigating the home buying/selling journey, motivating those feeling stuck, or simply bringing laughter and thought-provoking insights to work and life balance through my public speaking and real estate expertise.

 

No matter the task at hand, my ultimate goal is to educate and help people. I hold certifications as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®).
