About Karen Felder

 

Karen is a professional who prioritizes client satisfaction through listening, transparency, and expert guidance. Her aim is to provide comprehensive step-by-step support for renters, buyers, investors, and sellers.

After purchasing her first home many moons ago, and over the years after college and world traveling, Karen developed a keen interest in décor, design, and Real Estate. Her love for the excitement of  home-buying and what home means to a family, has led her to become a Realtor®.

As a former and current project and; program manager, Karen will draw on her background to help clients navigate the market and present opportunities that fit their unique situation. Her experiences as a tenant, landlord, homeowner, and renovator, give her a holistic industry perspective which clients will trust and appreciate. She is proud of the relationships she’s developed, and as a problem-solver, her professionalism, and congeniality, make her stand out.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, and resides in Wyndmoor with her family, after being a lifelong Philadelphian growing up and living in Mt. Airy. She enjoys hosting family gatherings and volunteering with her Sorority. Some fun facts about Karen are that she’s inherently a connector, is a pop-culture aficionado and when she’s not being a ‘teen Uber’, loves music, concerts & Twizzlers!
