About Kate Megahey

Some people are born with a passion for real estate. I’ve had my nose in home magazines since I was a little girl, and now I can’t get enough on Instagram and TikTok. I appreciate all styles of houses—from traditional to modern, estates to city apartments, and everything in between. Each home and its owner are unique.

I live in Media, a Philadelphia suburb, with my husband Joe, a US Coast Guard veteran, and our three sons. We stay active in our community, participating in sports such as baseball, soccer, football, and basketball. With over 20 years as a first-grade teacher, patience, care, and fun are at the core of who I am.
