Liz Siravo is a South Philadelphia native with deep local roots and a genuine passion for helping people find the right place to call home. After more than a decade leading and coaching a top-performing national sales team — and an early career as a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia — Liz brings exceptional communication skills, a calm, confident presence, and a service-driven mindset to every client interaction.

Fun fact: Liz and Karrie share the same last name (Liz's maiden name is Gavin) and are both Central High alums (no relation, just Philly magic), which always makes for a great story.

Now living in Jenkintown with her husband, three soccer-playing kids, and their dog, Liz is also a marathon runner and certified running coach — bringing the same dedication, endurance, and goal-oriented focus to her real estate work.
