Mary Claire is a dedicated professional who combines her background in education with a natural talent for connection and communication. As a member of the esteemed Karrie Gavin Group—one of Philadelphia’s premier real estate teams—Mary Claire approaches real estate with the same enthusiasm and care she brought to her classroom, guiding each client with patience, organization, and a genuine desire to help them achieve their goals.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Mary Claire spent years teaching first, third, and fourth grades after graduating from Purdue University. Alongside her teaching career, she discovered a knack for sales through roles that focused on helping families and communities—experiences that strengthened her ability to listen, understand, and find creative solutions.

A lifelong passion for real estate and fond memories of visiting the East Coast and Jersey Shore inspired her to put down roots in Philadelphia, where she and her family now call Fitler Square home. She loves the energy of the city and takes pride in helping clients find the perfect home or make the most of their next move.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Mary Claire cheering on the Eagles (Go Birds!), exploring the city with her TikTok-famous golden retriever, or baking fresh sourdough in her kitchen. She believes buying or selling a home should be an exciting, joyful experience—and she’s honored to be part of those new beginnings for others.
