Meet Mary Louise

With over two decades of dedicated service to the REALTOR® community and the public, Mary Louise Butler is a respected leader and advocate for real property rights in the Delaware Valley. A past president of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® (GPAR) in 2011, she has also served as Chairwoman of GPAR’s Grievance Committee from 2005 to 2023 and continues to play an active role on the committee today. Her leadership extended statewide as a Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) District Representative in 2012 and 2013.
As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she is part of an elite network representing the top 5% of REALTORS® worldwide, providing trusted referral connections both nationally and internationally.
Beyond her professional life, she is a passionate artist working in polymer clay, pastels, acrylics, and photography. She also enjoys reading, crocheting, Pilates, and long walks—nurturing creativity and balance in all aspects of life.
