About Nate Hopkins

Nate Hopkins is a member of the Karrie Gavin Group at Elfant Wissahickon Realtors®, a team that is consistently ranked among the very top teams in the city not only in sales volume but most importantly in client satisfaction ratings. Nate moved to Philly in 2003 to pursue a degree in graphic design at Drexel University. After falling in love with the then-burgeoning food scene, he forged his career path managing some of his favorite cafes and institutions (Capogiro, Fair Food, Ultimo Coffee, and most recently Riverwards Produce). He has lived in many exciting neighborhoods in the city including East Passyunk, Point Breeze, and Fishtown before purchasing his first home in East Kensington in 2018. Nate’s passion for real estate and design, vast knowledge of the city, and strong customer service background make him a wonderful guide in helping people plant roots in the city that he loves so dearly.
