About Nia Baldwin

Nia Baldwin is a Philadelphia native who grew up in West Philly. After pursuing a degree in Education Policy at Penn State, she returned to be close to family and friends and to work in the nonprofit sector as a case manager. She decided to use her experiences of connecting people to resources and pursued a long-term interest in real estate.

 

Nia was drawn to the Karrie Gavin Group with Elfant Wissahickon because of their commitment to person-first practices while assisting buyers and sellers through the real estate process. Nia’s favorite thing about real estate is building relationships with clients while helping them achieve their goals and dreams. While still practicing, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration(MBA) to hone her business acumen and better guide clients through deals and transactions.

 

When she is not working, she enjoys going on walks, trying new local restaurants, and volunteering as a mentor for Philadelphia youth.
