Arik grew up in Southern California and has built a life in Philadelphia since 2007 and plans to never leave. He loves sharing his passion for Philadelphia and community building with others.
Arik graduated from Swarthmore College and the Temple Beasley School of Law and is a Pennsylvania licensed attorney and Realtor. Arik applies attention to detail, strategic planning, strong advocacy, and counseling to help achieve client’s goals and objectives.
Arik believes that every person can find their home and continues to focus his personal and professional efforts on facilitating and curating the journey to finding that home. He makes his own home with his wife, child, and two cats in East Falls. When he is not working with clients to find and create their next home you can find him reading Dr. Seuss books, “running” with a stroller, at one of Philadelphia’s many parks, or delivering home baked bread and cookies to friends.
