Never pushy. Always prompt. Gets it done. That’s me. I’ll find you the perfect home for the right price–with strength, patience, and a sense of humor. It might even be fun!
Before becoming a full-time REALTOR® 16 years ago, I was a broadcast producer who supervised million-dollar TV commercials. I worked with famous actors who were a lot more difficult than you could ever be! After 25 years of high-stakes negotiations under intense stress, I am not afraid to fight to get you the right price.
I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers, empty nesters, and people who suddenly find themselves alone again.
As a resident of Philadelphia since 1996, I’ve rented and owned properties in Old City, Queen Village, Washington Square West, and Rittenhouse Square. That means I know all the neighborhoods, especially Center City.
If I am feeling social (in non-Covid times) you’ll find me at Loco Pez, or The International. On the days when I need a bit of R&R, I’ll be on the couch and my dog Spot right by my side. I’ve volunteered as a Tree Tender, planting and tending trees that improve our air quality and property values. I also volunteer at Street Tails Animal Rescue in Northern Liberties, where I care for special needs dogs. So yes, I’m very patient with all my clients!
You can always count on me to do what’s in your best interest, to be honest, and trustworthy, and to hold your hand every step of the way. Call, text, or e-mail me, and I will get back to you in two hours or less.
