Cecile Steinriede

I entered the world of real estate in 2002 after working for a decade as an industrial designer. My first endeavor was the purchase and renovation of a complete shell in Bella Vista with my husband.

And as they say, the rest is history. Or to be more exact, real estate history!

I got my sales license right away, switched from design to real estate and started to help clients buy and sell in Philadelphia and on the Main Line while buying investment properties on the side. The market was booming and each transaction exhilarating. I ran seminars to guide my buyers to become investors, transforming the process of purchasing from daunting to clear and simple.

Today, in a market that has grown increasingly complex I still view my responsibility as the same: empower my clients, make sure they understand everything they are going through, guide them while they make one of the biggest decisions in their lives.

Big decisions have been on the forefront of my life. I decided in my early twenties to move from Provence, France, where I was born and raised, to the US where I knew nobody. So when my clients are in the process of selling or buying, I understand the stress it can generate. And I love being there to help.

The biggest rewards over the years have been from clients telling me they were thinking about becoming agents themselves after doing a transaction with me, and clients deciding to become investors and following my path to own multiple homes.

I hope you call me and tell me about your real estate dreams. Let’s make them come true.
