Kathy was born and raised in the beautiful state of Kentucky and has bounced around the country finally settling in Philadelphia 6 years ago. She and her husband now consider Philly their home and have no intention of ever leaving.
Kathy attended Georgetown College, a small private liberal arts school, and launched into a career in pharmaceutical research after graduating. When she and her husband relocated for his position with Lincoln Investment Planning, she decided to embark on a new adventure. In the past 6 years, Kathy has gained extensive experience in staging, design, transition management, and organizing and is now using that knowledge to aid her real estate clients. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and pride in a job well done are essential to every interaction and transaction.
Kathy has had a lifelong love of learning that has led her to do freelance work for board games, write trivia questions for national companies, and recently led to an appearance on Jeopardy! She is also an avid tennis player that has volunteered for First Serve and aided in setting up chapters around the country. In addition, she is active in numerous charitable activities, her sorority alumnae association, and her alma mater’s alumni association.
