Deep Shah

Deep is a real estate investor and an expert in negotiations.  Deep is a Villanova alumni who spent the first five years of his career educating and consulting global leaders for private equity, real estate, and corporates on highly technical accounting and finance matters.

As an investor in Philadelphia real estate, Deep successfully executed several negotiations from simple purchase and sale agreements to complex post transaction matters.  Deep drafts, reviews, and negotiates real estate contracts, forms, documents, and transactions of varying degrees.  From Deep’s experience serving global clients during his tenure at consulting firms to personal real estate investments, Deep is known for his results-oriented negotiation techniques.

Outside of his professional career, Deep believes everyone has a social responsibility and actively participates in numerous volunteer opportunities for nonprofit organizations including Treasurer and Director roles for a nonprofit board, Mentor role at his alma mater, and various ad-hoc participations for nonprofit organizations in Greater Philadelphia.
