She works often with first time home buyers, helping them get financing using little money down, and obtaining grants that offer gift money for down payments and closing costs. She also works with investors, and has expertise in construction and rehab loans.
She is a real estate investor who understands every aspect of starting a rental property business. She has helped many investors find profitable properties – a great business in Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley.
She lives in Elkins Park, has two older children, and a brand new first grandchild!
