Jay Kivitz has been a REALTOR for over 35 years. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he knows the city inside and out.
Jay holds a B.A. in political science from George Washington University and a law degree from Widener University. As both a REALTOR and attorney, he has been involved in thousands of real estate closings. His areas of expertise include residential sales and rental management, quiet title actions, residential landlord representation, and representing secured creditors in mortgage foreclosure, ejectment, and REO.
He currently lives in Society Hill with his wife, has two grown children, and enjoys tennis, biking, skiing, and traveling.
