After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1997, Jivey has been living and loving life as a resident of Philadelphia. With her degree in Broadcasting and Cable, she has worked for many television production companies within Philadelphia, and has produced mostly home renovation television reality shows. Over those years, her love for the city, and real estate, has grown, and in 2003, she began buying and selling her own property in Philadelphia. Having learned so many skills on renovation shows, she eventually also created her own interior painting business to assist her clients and others with their painting needs. She has lived in the Northern Liberties/Kensington/Fishtown area for over 20 years and, as an avid food and drink aficionado, she can also direct you to the perfect night out, no matter what neighborhood you are looking, throughout Philadelphia.
Jivey is very much aware of the benefits that owning property gives to you, as well as what the challenges are that can arise. Her experience with television production and her ability to ask the right questions, have taught her how to listen closely and thereby discern the needs of her clients.
