Joshua became a real estate agent after many years in the healthcare industry. He was an administrator for small and large physician practices in a wide variety of institutional settings. His background in healthcare frames his real estate style – transparency, honesty and compassion for all clients, their families, and life circumstances.
Joshua grew up in West Oak Lane and currently lives in Northern Liberties. He went to Pennypacker Elementary, Leeds Junior High and graduated from Central High (Class 229). He has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy from New York University and his MBA from Temple’s Fox School of Business.
Joshua and Joan (his wife, a painter) have the great pleasure of watching their five- year old grandson grow up, swim, hike and garden at their mountain house in Eagles Mere, PA. They also enjoy the theater and other art venues in the Philadelphia region.
Joshua is a black belt in Shotokan Karate, and an avid touring/commuting motorcyclist (having ridden across the country, toured New Zealand, and traveled many miles in the Adirondacks). He loves to help clients achieve their goals and dreams, as well as sharing life experiences – enabling him to better tailor his services to their specific needs and desires.
