Kristin has been representing buyers and sellers in the Philadelphia region for 20 years. Dedicated to helping clients achieve their unique goals, she provides a high level of professionalism, timely communication, and genuine conversation. Inspired by the area’s diverse properties and rich history, Kristin finds joy in marketing homes for sale and negotiating on her clients’ behalf.
As the Director of Marketing and Communications at Elfant Wissahickon, Kristin leads a team that keeps the brokerage on the cutting edge of technology, utilizing both innovative and traditional marketing and advertising media. She collaborates with agents to create custom strategies and packages for sellers, ensuring tailored support in a competitive marketplace.
A Philadelphia native, Kristin grew up in East Oak Lane and Glenside. She attended Abington High School, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a dedicated board member of the Glenside Youth Athletic Club (GYAC). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending community events, live comedy shows and concerts, collecting original artwork, and reading fiction and biographies.
