Growing up I used to LOVE going to open houses with my Mom, but it wasn’t until I went through the home buying process myself that I realized how overwhelming it could be and how important it was to have a knowledgeable guide. I never anticipated how proud I would be of myself, and how powerful I would feel purchasing my own home. I want to help other people do that. I love Philadelphia. I’ve watched her grow over the years into a world-class city with a huge personality, uniquely her own. How lucky are we to live in a city with such a variety of distinctly different neighborhoods to explore? I want to share it all!
In 2008 I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Graphic Design. I swung through Philadelphia on my way to job hunt in NYC, and decided to make this city my home. I bought a heavy duty U-lock for my bike and moved into a microscopic 180 SF studio in Center City on Walnut street. I eventually moved to the Graduate Hospital area, before finally buying my home in Fishtown in 2013.
Prior to obtaining my real estate license and joining the Philly Home Girls, I worked as a Graphic Designer. I was first introduced to the world of commercial real estate while working in the CBRE Marketing Department. I joined the Philly Home Girls so I could draw real value from the work I do and the relationships I nurture. I want to help people not only find their ideal home, but also guide them as they invest themselves in the city. It is my goal to help my clients plant their roots and continue to grow and improve our city’s neighborhoods, communities and schools.
When I’m not fiddling with keys and lockboxes, you can find me tooling around on my bike, checking out pop-up beer gardens and taking pictures of my cat.
