Elfant Wissahickon was founded as an independent brokerage in Philadelphia in 1993, and 33 years later, we remain independently owned and operated. Our leadership is here and our decisions are made here. We know the neighborhoods and communities where our agents work because they are our neighborhoods and communities, too.

Being part of those communities also means giving back to them. Each year, our agents, owners and staff support dozens of initiatives and charities throughout the Philadelphia region, from neighborhood organizations and schools to nonprofits, community events, food and supply drives, sponsorships and volunteer efforts. One of the ways we put that commitment into action is through our own Building Equity Program, which helps qualified homebuyers with down payment and closing costs. The program is funded by contributions from our agents and owners, creating a direct connection between the work we do every day and helping more people have the opportunity to become homeowners.

And while we are local and independent, our reach is much bigger. Through our affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, our agents and clients have access to a national and global network of independent real estate companies. Our agents have helped sell homes on several continents and found international clients new homes in the US.
