The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors Philadelphia Chapter installed their 2026 leadership on January 8th at the Pump House in Bala Cynwyd. The well attended event was sponsored by Elfant Wissahickon, Class Abstract, Karrie Gavin Group, and Dave Frankel with Rate.com.
EWR’s own Jake Markovitz was installed as GPAR President and Kathy Krebs was installed as President of the Women's Council of Realtors. Additionally, Katey McGrath will continue her service on the GPAR Board as Treasurer.
Katey swore in Kathy Krebs and EWR Founding Partner Louise D'Alessandro swore in Jake.
Additionally, Shannon Kierans was sworn in as Director on the GPAR board and Kathy Krebs is Chair of the Horizons Committee
It was a wonderful evening full of camaraderie and new year energy!
