Elfant Wissahickon Realtors is proud to announce the promotion of Tamika Nealy-Farmbry as their first Manager of Diversity, Culture and Service. Tamika has been with Elfant Wissahickon Realtors for half of her 20+ career in real estate, where she is also an Associate Broker and Real Estate Team Leader.
Tamika and her husband are lifelong residents of Mt. Airy. She earned her Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Science from Neumann University. Her active participation in leadership and professional organizations extends to membership in the NAACP, National Association of Women Executives, Wives Behind the Badge, Breast Cancer Advocates, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and extensive involvement with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Omega Omega Chapter).
In her new role, Ms. Farmbry will help EWR to cultivate a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for its agents, staff and clients. She will serve as the leader of its Diversity Committee and oversee training and programming for EWR’s agent base, acting as an advocate for real estate agents and team leaders, advancing the company’s public service programs, and working with internal leadership to develop opportunities for engagement, including special events, presentations, and community outreach.
